Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• To start a return, email us with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
• Wrong size? We'll exchange it free.
• Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund at no cost.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
